The Death of the American Dream

The birthplace of inequality is greed.
Ungratefulness will cause you to reach for more than you need.
You stand on your brother’s shoulders and drive his feet into the ground.
Your days filled with cold calls and feigning sincerity in your sound.

You push penny stocks with no concern to your fellow man.
Fear and scarcity, you paint as the lay of the land.
Upward mobility isn’t possible from a disempowered state.
A capitalistic mindset will grind our humanity into hate.

Manipulation is always rewarded, or that’s how it seems.
This is the death of the American Dream.
